Verify the notes of different specialties and bill the correct notes with CPT\'s and ICD\'s.
Report the Incorrect notes. 
Get the follow up\'s of reported notes.

Eligibility Specialist
Eligibility job responsibilities included:
• Obtaining the patient’s eligibility and plan benefit details.
• Getting the required information through portal and/or phone call.
• Fetching the exact information about patient’s current policy plan.
• Getting the effective date or termination date of patient’s plan
• Obtaining the patient’s benefit details, co-pay, co-insurance, deductible and out of the pocket etc.
• Determining the status of treating physician participating/non-participating and in-network/out-of-network through phone call.

• In some cases, getting the plan information about authorization and referrals of PCP Also to obtain the information about the coverage benefits of patient’s plan benefits.
• Maintaining all the gathered information in a clean format on an Excel sheet.
